Shipping & Returns

Delivery Options

We offer Free Shipping (on selected categories) and Express Shipping on EVERY order, we ship to all territories and countries around the world, including APO/FPO & PO BOX. It’s really that easy and simple. All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. The majority of orders ship within 3-5 business days. You will have the option to choose from Free Shipping USPS and Air Mail (Delivery time 7-15 Business Days, with Confirmation & Tracking #'s) or Express FedEx and UPS (Delivery time 5-10 Business Days, with Confirmation & Tracking #'s) as your shipment carrier. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking number(s) are sent through e-mail within 3-5 business days after we receive the payment.

Note that shipping time estimates do not include transit times and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers, as we ship from various locations in United States. 

Shipments that are not deliverable to the address provided by the customer are considered “Undeliverable”, and returned to the sender. If a customer enters incorrect or incomplete address information and the order leaves our fulfilment center/ships out, the shipment is considered Undeliverable and will be returned to Bigbolo shipping center. Undeliverable shipments can be delayed approximately 5-10 business days, but some delays can take 1-6 weeks. After Bigbolo receives back an Undeliverable shipment, we will contact the customer and re-ship the order as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for re-shipment costs, and we will contact customers via phone or email.

In other words, Bigbolo cannot prevent a customer from submitting the wrong address information during checkout. This policy is enforced on everyone who buys from and we request that YOU MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS DELIVERABLE. 

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If a package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will work with the shipping carrier, and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no additional charge.

Returns and Refunds


Customers at, can return items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You may use our Return's page to request request an RMA number. Most items sold on follow our general returns policies, but some products may have different return period or requirements associated with them.


Damaged and Defective

In case, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may save the packing material and contact us within 3 business days from receiving the order. Send us an Email or call us at 1-877-877-7093 and include the following information, your first and last name, order number, and pictures of the damages/defective product. Once we receive the above information, we will start processing your claim request.

Items damaged via Use or Abuse

Customer assumes all responsibility for any item damageds after they receive the product. Bigbolo is not obligated to accept any returns on items damaged by customers. We reserve the rights to DISCARD items damaged in transit, defective, or damaged by customers. 

Please feel free to send an e-mail or call us, before attempting to fix, repair or modify any products. If the product is not in new, working order, BIGBOLO may replace it for you. However, attempting to repair/fix products will void any possibility of returning, exchanging, or getting a refund for the product.

Incorrect/Wrong product shipped

If you receive a product which was not the same as you ordered, you may save the packing material and contact us within 3 business days from receiving the order. Send us an Email or call us at 1-347-932-3288 and include the following information, your first and last name, order number, and pictures of the wrong product. Once we receive the above information, we will exchange it or issue a full refund.


When a  product is returned and received at our warehouse, the refunds are issued and are based on the condition, use of the product.

Please allow 20 to 30 business days for your returns to be received and processed. Approval for a refund is at the discretion of Some approvals may take an additional 1-5 business days before we start processing refunds. Refunds process during the holiday's may take a little longer to complete. After the refund has been issued, it is considered submitted and may take a few days to show up in the account. The customer will receive an email notification status of REFUND after the refund is submitted to the original payment method use while placing orders. Please know that it may take additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card/bank statements.

Refused Packages

Customers who refuse to accept shipments of their orders from are liable for all return shipping charges accrued plus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs for unsatisfied products without a valid Return Authorization (RA) #will not be reimbursed.
